I’ll always begin by assessing a clients full body mobility. Put simply if someone doesn’t have a fundamental base level movement capacity, to move in a way which is healthy and efficient, it will stop them getting the results they’re looking for and inevitably lead to injuries.

This will also mean you’ll be able to exercise more intensely for a longer period and reach your goals in a shorter timeframe.
