I can help you stay fit even though you don’t want to go to a gym, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions, these can be varied with different pieces of equipment, from kettlebells to dumbbell exercises and even bodyweight!
I am a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, enabling me to travel to clients to provide mobile personal training at homes or outdoors.
My personal training includes tailored fitness and weight loss support in a 1-1 setting.
I live in Wolverhampton and cover a range of areas within a radius of this.
I provide my Personal Training services at an average of £30 per session.
