Whilst studying for my degree I ruptured the Anterior Cruciate Ligament in my right knee, playing football. Due to delays with the diagnosis, where I was passed from doctor to doctor with no action, the required operation and subsequent post-op rehab was delayed too!
I went around 18 months without any physical activity, and being at Uni, let’s just say that good nutrition wasn’t on the top of my priority list.
In this time I gained weight, experienced a severe drop in energy levels, and as a result a drop in confidence.
Working with a trainer during my rehab, is actually what inspired me to become a Personal Trainer. He helped me not only regain the strength and coordination in the affected leg, but also improved my overall fitness, my body composition, and my confidence levels.
I now relish the opportunity to help others make positive changes to their lives, and help you look better, perform better, and feel better.

As an alternative to face to face training, I also offer online coaching via Zoom. This could be a plan b to face-to-face sessions, if you’re travelling or if we have to work around any isolation periods. Or it could be like many of my other clients, and be our primary way to work together.
I am a mobile Personal Trainer based in Shrewsbury, and can cover many areas in and around Shrewsbury. I see a lot of clients in the Quarry in Shrewsbury Town Centre, so if you see me…come and say hi!
