What brings you here is probably the desire to change, fuelled by a state of dissatisfaction with your current body and mental state. You’re not alone, and it’s not too late. In my fitness career, that expands close to 2 decades, I can assure you that Personal Training can help you reach your destination safe and on time. Why? Because having professional expertise is beneficial, and at times vital in any walks of life. And especially if you are new to the physical training process, the coaching and guidance to perform exercises safely, using proper technique and avoid unwanted injury that can hinder your progress, is where having a PT programme is vital.

My longevity in the industry has been maintained by observing the client achieve their goals.

I am pleased to see an increase in the number of people that are starting to take look after their bodies. For instance, I worked with a post-menopausal female client, her desire was to drop at least 2 dress sizes. When she eventually achieved it, her enthusiasm was memorable. Or, a person with a medium-high BMI who just wants to feel lighter again, after carefully analysing their nutrition and lifestyle, we were able to put together a plan in place. Following my direction on making the necessary changes the client ultimately achieved their goal! Why train with me in a nutshell? I will help you achieve your goals by analysing your diet and offer advice, build a training programme to suit you, record the progress, set SMART goals and ultimately arrive at your destination.

My Mobile Personal Training Services and Qualifications

I offer mobile personal training, at your desired location and/or online via Zoom.

The sessions are 1 hour long and consist of coaching the physical workout, but also guidance on improving your diet, hydration and mental wellbeing. Each session will be journaled, this way we can analyse the data together and see what adjustments need to be made. We will set goals together and we will achieve them together

My Locations

I am based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. I can travel to surrounding areas within a 30 mins travel time.

My Prices

I offer different packages to suit different needs.
The prices are on average around £51-£60 per session.
