My Personal Trainer has been a brilliant motivator; I am one of the laziest people I know and he has been great at motivating me to go that one step further when I think I can't do anymore. That is no mean feat. He quickly understood exactly what I wanted from the personal training and worked with me to find a program that suited me. Diet-wise he has been very useful too, informing me of where I'm going wrong and helping me to adjust to a diet that fits in with my lifestyle.

Our Personal Trainer has been coming to our studio twice a week for over two months now and I have to say, I couldn’t be happier. The whole team really look forward to the fitness sessions which are a great environment to build morale whilst getting in shape. The most impressive aspect of the sessions is the variety he brings to every session. A big concern whenever introducing such an initiative is that people can begin to get bored and drop out. Fortunately, our personal trainer clearly puts a great deal of thought and effort into his planning to ensure that no two sessions are ever the same. The range of activities is quite astonishing and as a result, attendance has been consistently high. Another great aspect of the sessions is their approachability. The group ranges from super fit marathon runners to those who have barely considered exercise since leaving school. Our personal trainer does a great job of putting together routines that enable each individual to push themselves to a level that is right for them. Everyone ends the session feeling the benefits and in the two months, there have been impressive improvements made across the entire group. The final point that I would note is about our Inspiring Fitness Personal Trainer himself. He is a genuinely great guy - personable, fun and approachable which makes the sessions a pleasure to take part in. I really can’t recommend the sessions enough and I know that everyone else who takes part would say the same?

After looking in to personal training options for a while, I met with Inspiring Fitness and was offered the option of training in a pair or small group. My friend Kate and I train with them once a week and have really enjoyed the sessions and it has made it more cost-effective for us, which is great. We like the variety of exercises we do, and the flexibility of training either at home or in a park, and our personal trainer is doing his very best to get me super fit and trim for my wedding day in June!?
