Outdoor Boot Camps

Our Boot Camp sessions are NOT based on 'shout a lot' military bootcamps but instead allow you to get fit with friends in the great outdoors, whilst having fun.

All the outdoor exercise sessions are run by our advanced qualified personal trainers, so they will provide effective and enjoyable fitness fun for people of all levels. In addition to the main sessions, we also give you lots more exercise and nutrition advice and support to ensure you achieve your health and fitness goals.


Each session takes place in local outdoor space and last for 45-60 minutes. Your first session is FREE of charge allowing you to experience our sessions before you join.

Already, our Boot Camps have had recruits ranging in age from 18 to 74 – and we’ve seen people achieve as much as 19lbs/8.5kg weight loss over the four weeks. Some attendees are people who just need to get started on the road to fitness. Others might have joined a gym, but just don’t visit regularly. It’s a great mix of people from the same area who simply want to enjoy exercise outdoors
